Had Gavin and his crew cut down dead ash tree from back yard and pruned a 20 year old silver maple. They did a wonderful job, would not believe they were even here the clean up and removal was excellent . Would use them again and recommend their service.

Had Gavin and his crew over to my house in Hamilton to trim several trees and completely remove a few. They showed up on time and were done on time and did clean, professional job, for a reasonable price. In my case, the neighbours wanted to weigh-in on what was being cut. I liked it that Gavin was ok with making several decisions on-the-spot as to some of the limbs that were being removed. I would hire them again.

Gavin and Dennis cut down a big dead pine tree and did an excellent job. It was easy and fast to obtain a quote remotely as we spoke on the phone and the quote with a fair price was emailed to me after a few days. During the job, when Gavin noticed that the tree is used to hold up a wobbly fence at the back, he graciously suggested and helped leave a bit of the tree trunk and nail it to the fence. The clean-up was very thorough and the back yard looked neater than before! It was a pleasure to work with Gavin as he went above and beyond to get the job done well. I would definitely recommend Gavin's service!

Gavin and his crew were great! I called when the big tree in our yard fell over and he was there the next day to remove it. The job was made tougher because the stump had also come out of the ground so it took some time to break it down. They (2 of them) got the entire job completed in a day and cleaned everything up afterwards as well (not easy with a very cold day and snow on the ground)! I would definitely recommend him and I'm pretty sure I may need to call him in the future to deal with some other large trees on our property.

Gavin and his crew were fantastic! It is so rare to meet such a warm personality and someone who takes pride in their work. Unlike most of my experiences with various contractors, I did not have to point anything out, argue about contracts, or micro manage the project. Gavin and his crew were extremely professional and managed an awkward tree removal (2.5 story tall Maple tree, with four independent trunks) overhanging the neighbour&aposs yard. Also had to grid the stump. He did a great job, worked efficiently and did a great clean up also. I recommended him to my neighbours and he did a great job for them as well. Over a span of 6 months, the largest tree removal co. in the Hamilton area changed their opinion along with a huge increase in cost about the removal of an 80' tree in my backyard. I called Gavin and the next day he promptly accessed the tree and gave a very fair estimate. The tree was removed the next week. His team was very professional and courteous. My backyard was left in great condition (including flower gardens). A very stress free experience! I'll call Gavin first the next time a tree needs to be removed.

I appreciated I did not have to take time off work to meet with him, and he worked well with email and phone discussions before the job was finalized. I contacted Gavin from another recommendation promoting his service. Not only did he deliver on that recommendation but that prompted me to write this review. He took down a Maple that grew at an angle and was over two separate houses. He was very professional, there on time, and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend him !

I had a ash tree that urban canopy took care of Gavin Terry and Brian were amazing my situation was in ground pool on one side and a bevy of hydro telephone and cable etc. wires that had to be dealt with and this crew killed it . I would recommend this crew to anyone who wants the job done right and at a fair price thanks again to the crew good to know you for the day hope you liked the music.

Great, courteous service. We had a large tree greatly damaged during the recent ice storm. We contacted Urban Canopy to remove the tree. They gave us a fair quote - and they came several days later and did a super, professional job removing the tree and all the debris. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a tree removed.

Gavin removed a very large tree between our house and garage. His work ethic was top notch, he planed and calculated every cut so that there was no damage and branches were very safely lowered. He did the work in a timely manner and he cleaned up was great. We had 4 other large companies look at the tree and said it was too big for them to remove. But Gavin was up for the challenge and did an amazing job. We would recommend him to any one looking for a job well done. He is professional and polite. Next time we need a tree removed we will only be calling Gavin.
